Our Recycle Bin manager offers real advantages over the standard Windows XP manager. From here you can selectively eradicate all traces of any file(s) you wish to shred, and there's an integrated viewer so you can quickly see inside any file or display any graphics.

As far as we're aware, Torch Bin is the only utility which allows users to selectively erase specific files without shredding everything in the bin. Finally, users have the ability to automatically wipe all files as they're deleted, bypassing the Windows Recycle Bin completely.

Data Recovery Utility

When files are designated as deleted by the Windows operating system, they are not actually erased from the drive, instead the space that the file occupies is designated as being reusable by the system. This means that any file you delete is easily recoverable until such time as it may be overwritten, and this can compromise your privacy.
